Amanda Bynes has turned into a bit of a hot mess as of late, and a video that’s currently doing the rounds on Facebook seems to suggest that she’s gone a little bit nuts.
We’ve seen some seriously weird workouts before (remember this guy?) but this video, which claims to feature Amanda Bynes, takes things to a whole new level… Check it out.
In fairness to Amanda, it could just be another crazy blonde from New York (trust us, there are plenty of them), but judging by some of the recent selfies she’s taken (see here) we wouldn’t be surprised if it actually was her.
According to the comments that accompanied the video on Facebook, the blonde woman in question was working out in sunglasses and flip-flops, as you do.
And to think, Amanda used to look like this…
Damn you fame… damn you.
