Kieran Dunphy lives with a guy called Joe Hughes in Waterford. They both go to WIT and are very much into their fitness.
It was arm day in their house yesterday and Kieran caught Joe in the middle of a rather unconventional workout.
Kieran next move was obvious; film it and send it into us here at JOE.ie.
Lovely form from Joe there as he lifts a bucket of coal rather than actual weights. Alternative to say the least.
The story didn’t end there because Joe caught some retribution last night when Kieran was out.
The man now known as “Déisent Guns” sent us this revenge video and it’s pretty messy.
Imagine coming home to that? You’d be raging.
The washing machine is going to be running 24/7 to clean those bed sheets. Let’s hope they split the bills.
