In a similar vein to the infamous No Make-up Selfies that dominated social media sites a few months ago, the new craze that is sweeping across the internet is the ice bucket challenge.
This involves dousing yourself in icy water and donating money to charity and we have already seen Gary Neville and Paul Scholes take the plunge in the name of charity.
Although this craze is a bit of harmless fun and a great way to raise a few bob for some struggling charities, but there will always be one or two who will have to outshine everybody else.
But this often involves more treacherous efforts to cover yourself in the icy water, and if you are going to perform the stunt like these guys, we advise you to have quality health insurance.
