Something tells us his views have changed somewhat…
It’s not long to go until the people of America go to the polls to vote for who they want as the next President of the United States.
So far, Donald Trump has taken a battering in the press as his not-so-distant past is dragged up with accusations of sexual harassment and misogyny aimed at him from multiple quarters. Even Richard Branson has voiced his concerns over his “vindictive streak”.
Added to this the fact that the presidential debates didn’t exactly go his way apart from a couple of moments where he produced some memorable lines.
But, the race for the White House is far from a dead cert as Trump is likely to be far closer to Hillary than a lot of the polls suggest, and indeed, according to the Investor’s Business Daily/ TIPP tracking poll, he has a narrow lead over Clinton.
This poll has been the most accurate predictor of voting over the course of the last three elections.
With just a week to go until the people go to poll, a video has resurfaced of Donald Trump heartily praising the Clinton’s and all the good work they’ve done.
Recorded in 2008, he calls Bill Clinton a “great president”, and Hillary Clinton a “great woman, and a good woman”.
Somehow, we can’t imagine him saying these words at this moment in time…
Donald Trump basically cutting a campaign ad after the 2008 election for his lifelong friends, the Clintons. Wow. https://t.co/9Q71NaTFOR
