We know what you’re thinking already. At this stage, you’ve seen enough videos of Irish people surprising their families by coming home for Christmas to easily last you into next Christmas and beyond.
That said, it would take a heart of stone not to be in some way affected by the latest video from Aer Lingus showing the surprise return of Irish emigrants to three families just in time for the festive season this year.
The song in the background, by the way, is ‘Belong’ by Dubliner Tim Chadwick, who we’ve been shouting about for a while.
Aer Lingus did this last year and they sure know how to push an emotional button or two; if you’re the sort to cry easily then this might push you over the edge.
