This will be very helpful for any student feeling stressed.
Thankfully, mental health is becoming an increasingly important and discussed issue in Irish society, with a lot more of our citizens both aware and sympathetic to the problem. This video will certainly help with the cause.
JOE reader Shane Parsons, from Kilkenny, along with five of his friends, have made this DCU/St. Patrick’s College video highlighting mental health in Ireland, particularly among students.
Shane’s message to JOE was simple, as he made the clip to “make people aware that’s it’s okay to be not okay”.
Whether it’s loneliness, exam stress, homesickness or other issues, this video, soundtracked fittingly by Coldplay, hits the nail on the head.
Take a look.
