This lady’s boyfriend must be feeling fairly smug right now.
A woman in Birmingham has been sentenced to two weeks in prison after breaching a court order by “screaming and shouting whilst having sex” at a “level of noise” that annoyed one of her neighbours.
The woman in question, Gemma Wale, had been issued with an anti-social behavour order back in January, which barred her from making “loud sex noises”.
Obviously Gemma has no regard for the law or she just can’t control herself in the sack because a civil court judge in Birminghan ruled that she had breached the order by making noises during sex as well as slamming doors, shouting, swearing and playing loud music.
A neighbour of Gemma’s complained about the volume that accompanied her sexual intercourse on one particular occasion, saying: “Gemma started screaming and shouting whilst having sex, which woke us up. This lasted 10 minutes.”
The judge did not disclose Gemma’s age when handing down a two-week prison sentence, but he did reveal that her boyfriend’s name was Wayne.
We’re sure Wayne will miss Gemma while she’s gone, but at the same time, he’s no doubt secretly delighted at the boost his reputation will have received as a result of this slightly embarrassing case going public.
