Just a heads up.
Truth be told, it’s becoming even harder than The Mountain during a trial by combat to write stories about Game of Thrones without running the risk of revealing some spoilers.
Maybe I’ll just say spoiler alert for those two people in the realm that haven’t seen the HBO show yet.
The last time that we saw Ned Stark, beloved Warden of the North and Lord of Winterfell, he failed to use his head in King’s Landing and paid the ultimate price for being a decent and honourable man.
We all know the Game of Thrones protocol by now, good guy = certain death.
The news that Ned Stark might be returning next season though, via flashbacks, might make some heads roll in the realm.
According to reliable sources, the part of young Ned Stark has been cast and it’s going to 13-year-old English actor Sebastian Croft.
If we are indeed getting the opportunity to see a young Ned in action then it might be safe to assume that we will also be seeing his sister Lyanna Stark.
Now what storyline might she possibly be involved in? Time will tell.
