Tomorrow is Monday, try not to despair.
While you might not be thrilled at the prospect of going back to work, you can still enjoy the fine weather we’re having, and even more importantly, movies on TV.
Here are a few of your options tonight.
Tomb Raider – 6.45pm – ITV2
Angelina Jolie has starred in so many great movies, but people of a certain age will always associate her with her time as Lara Croft.
Need for Speed – 9pm – Syfy
A street-racer gets out of jail and goes back to speed-racing in order to avenge the death of his friend. Not a Fast & Furious film, apparently. Starring Aaron Paul and Michael Keaton.
Pretty Woman – 9pm – Comedy Central
Ruthless millionaire Richard Gere hires endearing prostitute Julia Roberts as part of some scheme, but they inevitably fall in love. Aww.
Montage of Heck – 11pm – TG4
An in-depth documentary into the personal history of legendary rock star Kurt Cobain, using archival footage provided by the family, and recreating scenes from his life through animation. Must-watch for any Nirvana fan.
Eyewitness – 11pm – Virgin Media Three
William Hurt, Sigourney Weaver, Christopher Plummer and James Woods star in this 80s neo-noir thriller about an obsessive janitor who enters into a cat-and-mouse game with a journalist after a murder.
