Too funny…
Despite ourselves, we’re somewhat disconsolate about the fact that First Dates will not be on our screens following a successful series full of memorable moments.
We’re by no means saying that they’re memorable for the right reasons, there were moments in the series which necessitated in us cringing woefully, hiding behind our hands, immediately having a shower, burning all our clothes and packing our bags and moving to an isolated hut somewhere in Longford.
Thursday’s show was one of the more low key episodes we’ve seen on the series in recent times… well, that’s until the final segment of the show, when it all kicked off in one of the most awkward endings to a date we’ve seen in a long time.
But surprisingly, this wasn’t even the main talking point on the show. People were obsessed with another moment, or moments, in the final episode of the season (apart from a recap show next week) as a lot of the participants struggled… to open the door of the Gibson Hotel.
Will someone put a sign on that damn thing?!
But maybe it’s all part of a master plan…
