Mass debating on the telly tonight as two Marriage Equality debates to be screened

RTE and TV3 to screen Marriage Equality debates tonight

Eric Lalor

RTE and TV3 will both screen Marriage Equality debates tonight.

With only three days to go before the Marriage Equality Referendum, both sides of the debate are still trying to persuade unsure voters to side with them.

Both sides of the campaign will appear on two seperate debates as RTE Primetime and TV3’s Vincent Browne crank up the heat on the protagonists in question.

On RTE, the Yes campaign will be represented by Alex White, Colm O’Gorman and Senator Katherine Zappone. The No side will be represented by Ronan Mullen, Breda O’Brien and Patrick Treacy.

Vincent Browne’s TV3 debate will feature a straight on head-to-head between Micheál Martin of Fianna Fail representing the Yes side and journalist John Waters, representing the No side.

Get the popcorn out lads, this could get tasty.
