And the good news is there are five more episodes to come.
McGregor fans had been waiting for ages to catch a glimpse of the first episode having had their appetites whetted by the impressive trailer and it didn’t disappoint.
Tonight’s episode included a look back at McGregor’s victory over Diego Brandao in Dublin, some interesting behind the scenes footage of his training regime and also a look at what he does in his downtime, including having his hair blow-dried by his girlfriend. That’s right.
The Twitter reaction was mostly positive, and in Conor McGregor’s Dad Tony McGregor (who wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea), it appears as if RTE may have uncovered another star in the making…
