What if an escape room… but it tries to kill you? Despite being very dumb, it is sorta fun.
Halloween – Sky Showcase – 10pm
The original and best entry in this particular franchise.
Predator – FilmFour – 10am
The horror movie disguised as an action movie, with Arnie being chased through the jungle by a killer alien.
Scary Movie 3 – Comedy Central – 10pm
The one that has jokes about The Ring and Signs. Has the best reviews of the entry Scary Movie franchise, if that means anything at all to you.
The Guest – Legend – 10pm
Our big pick of the night is The Guest, an extremely slick thriller starring Dan Stevens. He plays a soldier returning back to America to visit the family of his friend who was killed in action. But as he spends more time with the grieving parents and siblings, the soldier slowly begins to reveal that he hasn’t left all of his deadly skills behind him… If you miss it tonight, The Guest is available to rent in Ireland and the UK on Rakuten TV, Google Play and the Sky Store.
Evil Dead – AMC – 11.35pm
The decent 2013 remake which isn’t as good as the original or this year’s Evil Dead Rise.
The Fog – Legend – 12am
A sleepy fishing village come under attack from pirate ghosts hidden in a spooky fog. Better than that sounds.
Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children – FilmFour – 12.10am
Tim Burton directs an all-star cast in this megamix of X-Men and Harry Potter. Entertaining.
What Happens in Vegas – Virgin Media Two – 1am
Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher are equally unlikeable in this abrasive rom-com.
