Want to work for Netflix? Now’s your chance.
Netflix have announced the creation of 400 jobs at a new customer service hub that opened this week in Amsterdam.
Customers in 11 countries in Europe – Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden and the United Kingdom – will be supported by the hub, with the expanding workforce complementing a $1.75bn investment in European content.
The multilingual hub will initially employ a workforce of 170, which will grow to 345 by the end of 2017 and surpass 400 by the end of 2018.

The European investment, meanwhile, includes two new European series as part of six new Netflix European original projects to be announced in 2017.
Following the launch of Las Chicas del Cable, Netflix’s first original series from Spain, last month, Dogs of Berlin, which will be written, produced and shot in Germany, was announced on 28 April.
Another Netflix original, a French series called Osmosis, was announced today, May 11, and is expected to begin production in France in 2018.
Jobs at the European customer service hub, including roles in customer service, facilities and IT, operations leadership, talent and workforce management can be viewed here.
