Some fantastic comedies, thrillers, documentaries and more to choose from over the next 28 days…
Just because February is the shortest month of the year, that doesn’t mean it isn’t also going to be absolutely jammed full of new (and classic) stuff to watch!
The folks at NOW have given us a sneak peak of what to expect in February, so all of the below (and more besides!) will available to stream with your NOW Cinema Membership and your NOW Entertainment Membership throughout the month.
Starting with…
The Righteous Gemstones Season 2
Streaming weekly from Thursday, 3 February.
John Goodman, Danny McBride and Adam Devine return as the truly, hilariously dysfunctional family of celebrity TV evangelists who continue to get more and more corrupted by their own power and popularity. The entire first season is available to watch on NOW right now.

Freaky
Stream from Friday, 4 February.
A massively entertaining and spectacular violent horror-comedy does a serial killer remix of the classic body swap genre. This time around, a teenage girl (Kathyrn Newton – Big Little Lies) finds herself in the body of a sadistic murderer (Vince Vaughn), and vice versa. Chaos ensues.
The Fear Index
Stream every episode from Thursday, 10 February.
Josh Hartnett headlines this tense four-part thriller mini-series about a stock broker who makes a fortune during times of imbalance and fear around the world, but finds his personal life turned upside following a shocking home invasion.
Space Jam: A New Legacy
Stream from Friday, 11 February.
Released 25 years on from the original, this kinetic sequel drags LeBron James into the Cyberverse, when a rogue artificial intelligence (Don Cheadle, having a blast as the OTT villain) challenges him to the ultimate game of basketball.

Bel-Air
Streaming weekly from Monday, 14 February.
The dramatic reboot of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air has Will Smith’s blessing (and he’s on board as an executive producer), with newcomer Jabari Banks playing Will Smith, a teenager who moves from West Philadelphia to his rich uncle’s home in West Los Angeles.

Meet the Parents & Meet the Fockers
Stream from Tuesday, 15 February.
Between them, these two made almost $900 million at the global box office. For a couple of low budget comedies, that is an INCREDIBLE return. If you’ve never seen them, it features Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro as the ultimate at-odds in-laws.

The Forever Purge
Stream from Friday, 18 February.
The fifth entry in the Purge series (before, reportedly, the sixth takes us on to The Worldwide Purge), takes place after the Purge has been made illegal, but a group of insurrectionists defy the government and continue on their killing spree. We chatted to the movie’s star Ana de la Reguera about the highly topical plot, and you can check out that interview in full right here:
The Desperate Hour
Stream from Friday, 25 February.
Two-time Oscar-nominated actress Naomi Watts stars in this tense thriller from the director of Salt and The Bone Collector, telling the story of a mother and her son caught in the middle of a hostage situation that has put an entire town on lockdown.

Chernobyl: The Lost Tapes
Stream from Monday, 28 February.
If you’ve already watched the incredible mini-series Chernobyl (also available to watch on NOW right now), this feature-length documentary will give even more insight into the real heroics on the ground at the time of the disaster, including how they helped to stop a second explosion at the site.
