WATCH: Night King actor shares behind-the-scenes footage of THAT Arya stunt

You know the one we mean.

Or at least, you should know.

Because if you don’t, then you probably shouldn’t be reading this…

Still here? On we go.

Since an earlier attempt on The Night King’s life didn’t exactly work out, it was left to Arya to save the day.

Seemingly coming out of literally nowhere, looking like she bounced from a trampoline to get the drop on him, she was caught mid-air, but then she did that tricky knife-swap, and it was all over.

Well, Night King actor Vladimir Furdik shared some behind-the-scenes footage of that jump, and it shows that Arya actress Maisie Williams is a big fan of doing all of her own stunts:

Turns out that Williams had been training for this scene since the show’s first season, as the show’s stunt coordinator Rowley Irlam told Huffington Post, but Williams herself may not have been aware of it:

Irlam said that “the training of Maisie has been ongoing since the show started — before I even started”.

“They’ve been sowing the seed of that story since the very beginning of Season 1. When I joined in Season 5, you know, she was — we were starting to do her entering the House of Black and White and the start of her training … So that’s been ongoing.

“And then obviously we’ve done wire work with her before; in Season 6 she jumped over a balcony, escaping. So it was still a challenge, but she’s very good on a wire, and very confident and very professional.”

Of course, ever since the episode, people have loved the scene so much that it has actually resulted in something of a viral response online, known as the Arya Challenge:

But the one question we’ve been left with since then (and if you know the answer, please do let us know in the comments/replies), but how is it that Valyrian steel kills the White Walkers? We know it is forged in dragonflame, but if the Night King is immune to dragon fire, then surely that can’t be reason?

There will probably be more unanswered questions about GoT once it ends in less than a month than there were for Lost, so we should probably mentally prepare ourselves for that.
