Some people who get tattoos do so simply because they like the look of them but others do so to mark significant events in their lives.
If you’re a kickboxer like Jack Gallagher, recovering from a dislocated knee is a pretty significant event and Jack chose a novel way to mark his return from the serious injury he suffered back in November.
Obviously a big Father Ted fan, it’s as if Jack is trying to send his own knee a message with the tattoo below, but it will certainly serve as a distraction to opposition fighters in future if nothing else.
