A man looks forward to the next episode.
Game of Thrones has been slowly building towards the final two episodes of the season, and they look set to be the best of the season so far.

Yes, spoilers are coming…
While some people have become disillusioned during this season of Game of Thrones, the producers look to have pulled out all the stops for the last two episodes.
The next episode, called the Battle of the Bastards, promises an epic showdown between Jon Snow and Ramsey Bolton as the pair struggle for control of Winterfell.
In case you haven’t seen the video preview for the next episode, you can find it here. It looks absolutely epic.

The episode is being touted as the biggest battle in the show’s history, which is impressive when you consider the scenes we’ve already seen.
Entertainment Weekly have worked out how just how huge this episode is by totting up some of the impressive figures.
It took 600 crew members, including four camera crews, 500 extras and 25 stuntmen and women to produce the episode.

The needed 70 horses as well as 160 tonnes of gravel to make the muddy terrain suitable for filming.
Game of Thrones spent 25 days alone shooting this battle scene so it’s obviously something they focused intensely on and will surely be one of the biggest moments of the season.
If that wasn’t enough, the episode has been submitted for an Emmy in many categories including writing, directing, editing, visual effects, hairstyling, makeup, and sound mixing.
The episode is described in that submission as “Terms of surrender are rejected and accepted.”
