There are some very good new films and TV shows added to Netflix’s catalogue

Something for everyone.

There are times when you really have to feel sorry for all those poor couches around Ireland.

Prior to Netflix’s arrival in Irish homes, most sofas, couches and chairs had a brief period in the week when bums weren’t resting on them but all of this has changed now.

The online provider has added a few gems to its list of films and TV shows and here’s a taste of what’s on offer.

TV Shows

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia – Season 10

The greatest comedy show that’s currently being broadcast on TV makes a welcome return and having seen the first few episodes, it’s amazing.

If you haven’t watched it already then we strongly urge you do so. You won’t regret it.

Grace and Frankie : Season 1

When an unknown disease hits a town and wipes out everyone except teenagers, a siege between the government and survivors begins.

Quarantined in a 10-mile diameter space, the remaining inhabitants learn how to persevere against the odds.

There’s good news for all you fans of Orange is The New Black also as Season 3 of the show will be returning on June 12.

World War Z

United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) travls the world in a race against time to stop a zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.

There’s zombies and lots of them.

Fast & Furious 6

Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson lead the cast of all-stars as the global blockbuster franchise takes to the streets of London. Oh yeah, there’s cars in it.

The Summit

In August, 2008, 18 mountain climbers reached the top of K2 including Ger McDonnell, the first ever Irish man. 48 hours later, 11 people were dead. While memorials paid tribute to those killed, there were also condemnations about ‘the why.’
