TUBRIDY v NORTON: The line-ups for the Late Late Show and Graham Norton are here

Conor Heneghan

Friday night in?

After Paddy’s Day and Easter, this feels like the first normal weekend in quite a while, so no doubt many of you will be settling into the usual routine of a Friday night in front of the tellybox.

If so, here’s what you can look forward to from Messrs Tubridy and Norton tonight.

The Late Late Show

Mary Coughlan

A singer very much beloved in Ireland, Mary Coughlan’s life to date has been interesting to say the least.

Mary will join Ryan for a no-holds-barred interview where she’ll tell all about surviving the men, drink and drugs and what she’ll be getting up to in the future.

There will be a song or two as well, of course.

Tommie Gorman

One of Ireland’s most recognisable news reporters is about to turn 60 and he’ll mark that milestone by looking back on a long and varied career in front of a national audience.

Tommie will discuss his own recovery from a rare form of cancer, covering the recent tragedy in Buncrana and memorable interviews with the late Seamus Heaney and of course, with Roy Keane following the whole Saipan thing that nobody ever talks about.

Bernard O’Shea live from the farm

The Late Late’s roving reporter, Bridget & Eamon star Bernard O’Shea will be coming live from a farm in the Midlands where he might just be helping to shepherd some new lambs into the world.

Karen Redmond and Leigh Bagnell

Top transplant surgeon Karen Redmond recently carried out Ireland’s first ever transplant operation involving “washing” lungs and she will be joined in studio by Leigh Bagnall, the cystic fibrosis patient given a new lease of life by the procedure.

Pat Divilly

The successful fitness guru will talk to Ryan about how he bounced back from his business hitting the wall in 2011 and how he went about forging a Facebook community with 190,000 followers and a client list that runs into the thousands.
