The stage is set, the curtain rises, we are ready to begin.
‘Tis the season for giddily perusing TV guides and making note of the programmes and movies that we’ll be watching over the Christmas and at the top of a lot of people’s lists will be the Sherlock Christmas special on New Year’s Day.
A one-off episode titled ‘The Abonimable Bride’, it will see Holmes and Watson investigate a mysterious ghostly bride who appears to have committed murder from beyond the grave.
And, we’re pleased to say, it looks bloody good.
