We know, this is big.

Today FM’s Louise Duffy and JOE.ie’s Eoghan Doherty will present the TV3 special with exclusive behind the scenes coverage of the IFTA Film and Drama Awards ceremony, which took place last Sunday at Dublin’s Mansion House.

The pair will bring viewers all the red carpet and backstage interviews with the nominees and winners, while also reporting on the style of the evening.

Caroline Morahan

The IFTA Film and Drama Awards ceremony itself was presented by Caroline Morahan and saw the superb Song Of The Sea win Best Film, while the charasmatic Moe Dunford took home the Best Actor gong for Patrick’s Day and the elegant Deirdre O’Kane was awarded Best Actress for Noble.

With high profile names such as Sean Bean, Patrick Bergin, Amy Huberman, Aidan Gillen and Andrew Scott in attendance, you’ll be able to see some of the most talented personalities and prolific stars who have wowed audiences across the globe.

And keep an eye out for IFTA’s 2015 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Jim Sheridan, trying his very talented hand at rapping.

That’s right. Jim Sheridan. Rapping.

That man really is a legend.
