Stop talking, just stop talking.
We’re not sure what confidentiality clauses were written into the contracts of the Game of Thrones cast for the much-anticipated Season Six, but they’re not doing a very good job of keeping things under wraps.
At the Oscars last week, Sophie Turner dropped some big news about the fate of her character, Sansa Stark, but that was small beans compared to what Ian McShane had to say about his role on the show in the coming season on BBC Breakfast earlier this week.

“I can give you one hint: My character is an ex-warrior who’s become a peacenik… I bring back a much-loved character everybody thinks is dead,” McShane, who is expected to play the role of Septon Meribald, said.
Much-loved character who everyone thinks is dead? There’s quite a few that fall into that category Ian, but one in particular.
Sadly, as the man who plays that character confirmed himself recently, it’s not Jon Snow, as McShane later revealed to Radio 5 when the host suggested that he could only be referring to The Hound or Jon Snow.
“It’s not the latter, it might be the former,” McShane said.
Something tells us McShane might be encouraged not to do any more interviews before Game of Thrones returns for a sixth season on April 24.
