*Insert obligatory ‘The truth is out there’ reference…*
The first teaser for the new ‘The X-Files’ features a lot of nostalgia with some new footage from the upcoming six episode series.
Mulder and Scully come together in the clip bringing up some old investigations with Mulder voicing over with a line from the original series, “I believe that what we’re looking for is in the X-Files, I’m more certain than ever that the truth is out there”.
Fans of the show will be on the edge of their seats as we glimpse the pair coming through a dark room brandishing guns. But even if you’re not a fan, the producers have come up with a clever way to draw an even bigger audience.
With around 200 days left until the premiere on 24th January, 2016, new viewers can watch one episode of the original series a day starting from now and be finished in time for the premiere.
Just to inform you, that we will be rewatching an episode a day until then just because we loved it so much the first time.
