The fourth season of Sherlock will return to the BBC early in the New Year, but for those who just can’t wait for another taste of Benedict Cumberbatch as the eccentric detective, there was a treat in store on Republic of Telly earlier this week.
In this sketch, a very Irish version of Holmes known as SureLook tries to foil the plans of his nemesis Moriarty to make a fool out of the Irish President on live television and apart from a frankly unnecessary amount of shots of male bottoms, it made for a very entertaining caper indeed.
Entertaining for everyone except Eoghan McDermott, of course; the poor guys gets an awful doing here God bless him.
