Chances are the original is one of your dad’s favourite films.
Ben-Hur, starring Charlton Heston, was an absolute instant classic when it was released back in 1959, not least for the chariot race to beat all chariot races.
Now it’s being remade and, while that news will probably lead to groans among those of you who love the original, the trailer is excellent.
It stars Jack Huston, Toby Kebbell and Morgan Freeman and will be in cinemas on 12 August.
