JOE thinks that everyone has annoying neighbours which you smile at every morning but as soon as they leave you’re secretly cursing them behind their backs. It’s only natural.
While our neighbours irritate us by taking our parking spot, playing their awful music too loud or having their dog crap on our lawns this is nothing in comparison to the surreal latest skit from the Republic of Telly.
