Not something you see often.
Colin Farrell’s character in True Detective has been encountering some strange people in the city of Vinci but the Dubliner was also introduced to an odd character on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night.
The In Bruges and Phone Booth actor has rightfully been earning some massive praise for his work on Nic Pizzolatto’s show because his violent and unhinged character, Detective Ray Velcoro, is definitely the best thing about the season so far.
Part of me was really hoping that Farrell would embrace his inner Ray though when this fecking eejit ran on stage to smell him.
Some people have claimed that this was staged but it looks real enough to me, then again, maybe Farrell is just that good an actor.
