The new installment of the Star Trek franchise is nearly here. Starring Benedict Cumberbatch as the bad guy, set on destroying all that is good and Chris Pine as Captain Kirk again, it certainly looks like a good summer blockbuster.
J.J. Abrams is directing this time, although he was in involved in producing the last Star Trek movie. We hope he doesn’t get too confused though as he is also to direct the new Star Wars movie.
The plot of Star Trek: Into the Darkness sees the crew of the Enterprise called back home, where they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis.
Good old Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction- Benedict Cumberbatch as villain Khan.
