Stone Cold Steve Austin and Steven Seagal team up to fight (of course) in a maximum security prison

Teaming up Steven Seagal, the world’s cheesiest action star and wrestler Stone Cold Steve Austin is bound to make for a hilarious and violent movie. Maximum Conviction sees the pair as former black ops operatives Tom Steele (Seagal) and Manning (Austin) assigned to decommission and old prison.
However, two mysterious female prisoners arrive and before long, a group of mercenaries arrive to attack the prison in search of them. When the identities of the women are unveiled, Steele realises that he’s caught up in something much bigger than he imagined.
While this movie was never going to win any awards, it aims to display Austin’s fine acting skills – so good, Seagal looks like a Daniel Day Lewis thespian. Good, violent fun all round.
