There probably isn’t an episode of Friends that you’re yet to see because it’s still the go-to TV show for most people when they’re lying on the couch and flicking through the channels.
Joey might be comfortable going commando in another man’s fatigues but it seems that NBC – the studio behind Friends- took a very different approach when they were deciding on a way to promote the show on TV back in ’94.
These two adverts featuring the guys hanging around in their shorts/ t-shirts and the ladies in their nighties was deemed to be too racy at the time and was ultimately banned.
