130-hours in the tattoo chair well spent in our opinion…
When it comes to hearing the words ‘tattoo’ and ‘The Simpsons’ being used in the same sentence, JOE is instantly reminded of some classic episodes.
Who can forget Grandpa’s wrinkly gibberish Flying Hellfish badge of honour or Sideshow Bob’s attempt at convincing a jury that ‘Die Bart Die’ was a German phrase of affection.
On the topic of tattoos, we’re firm believers in Homer’s words, “if you want something to remember things by, I say get a tattoo. It’ll be a constant reminder of the one you love… Starland Vocal Band? THEY SUCK!”
This is definitely not an accusation we would level at Simpsons uber-fan Michael Baxter, who has spent $25,000 and 130 hours in the chair on this incredible Simpsons tattoo.
The Australian grandfather is bidding to enter the Guinness World Records which will coincide with the shows 25th anniversary.
These really are superb.
