Feast your tiny human eyes on the thunderous new teaser for Thor: The Dark World.
By Eoghan Doherty
It’s Hammer Time!
Too obvious? Don’t care.
Set one year after he and his brand new superhero best buds beat the balls of Loki and his evil army in Avengers Assemble, Chris Hemsworth returns as the Hammer-wielding God in the sequel to 2008’s blockbuster Thor.
Check out Thor: The Dark World.
We’ve got Anthony Hopkins as Odin doing his best Marlon Brando Superman-style voiceover, it looks like London is going to need a bit of a makeover once the film’s through and we also see the return of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, although it looks like she mightn’t be hanging around for the film’s full running time as implied by Thor’s slow-motion on-his-knees “NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!”
As well as a first glance at the evil Malekith (Christopher Eccleston), to top it all off, guess who’s back right at the end of the teaser? It’s the “puny God” Loki (Tom Hiddleston) himself, complete with his own Silence of the Lambs/Magneto prison cell and beautiful flowing L’Oreal locks.
Because he’s fu**ing worth it.
Thor: The Dark World will be released November 2013
