Magic is in the air tonight. With The Late Late Toy Show just a little over an hour from starting, we’re all in a very sprightly mood.
This mood has extended as far as RTÉ’s newsreader Sharon ní Bheoláin who fulfilled the nation’s fantasy this evening by calling the prim, proper beacon of Irish journalism Bryan Dobson ‘Dobbo’ to his face.
We bet she’s wanted to do that for a long time. Look at the surprise on his face! That’s the kind of thing that makes the Six-One News worth watching.
