We’ve had a synthtastic ’80s version, a great Galway rendition on Shop Street, and even a bleatin’ brilliant goat interpretation. Now though, we think we may have found our new favourite version of the famous theme tune to Game of Thrones.
Arranged and performed by YouTuber BenDanProductions, this pitch perfect Western version of the iconic instrumental theme is something that even Ennio Morricone would be proud of. OK, we admit that, having been uploaded in August, the crackin’ clip is about a gillion years old in Internet terms at least, but you know what? We don’t care. It’s still well worth a listen.
So get kitted out in your double denim, pull on your your knee-high line-dancin’ boots, and grab your unused Garth Brooks Stetson, because it’s all about to get a little bit wild, wild West in here…
