John Connors is causing quite a stir.
The young Love/Hate actor and proud member of the Travelling community ended up on the receiving end of lots of attention after his appearance on last week’s Late Late Show – which he followed up with a stunning Facebook post detailing the abuses faced by Travellers as a matter of course in Irish society.
His documentary I Am Traveller, which covers the very same topic, is currently featured on RTÉ player – and is definitely worth a watch on your long weekend.
Judging by the response on Twitter, people out there are thoroughly enjoying the project:
If you missed it have a look at #iamtraveller on @RTEplayer. Excellent documentary by @johnconnors1990
