Speculation that The Boss would be returning to Ireland has been doing the rounds ever since his appearance at the Rock in Rio festival in Lisbon on 19 May was confirmed.
Reports suggest that Springsteen could also play at GAA HQ on Saturday 28 May and Sunday 29 May if demand warrants it, which we have a feeling it will.
Should those gigs go ahead, it would necessitate moving the Leinster Football Championship clash of Wexford and Kildare and the Leinster Hurling Championship meeting of Dublin and Wexford, both of which are scheduled to go ahead on Sunday, 29 May.
