Casa Bacardi have announced their line-up for this year’s Electric Picnic and dance fans will not be disappointed as the headliners and other acts over the weekend are deadly.
Friday night will be headlined by French disco scene trailblazer Dimitri from Paris (Listen below). Ex-LCD Soundsystem member Nancy Whang along with regular festival headliners Pleasurekraft and London based duo The 2 Bears will bring the Casa Bacardi festivities to a close on Sunday night.
The line-up also boasts the talents of some of Ireland’s most popular DJs, Discotekken, Kelly-Anne Byrne, Mother DJs, Billy Scurry and Ghostboy.
Meanwhile, Bacardi is also looking to give someone an opportunity to showcase their talent at Casa Bacardi this year. They’ve launched a competition (#trystop me campaign), which gives to give a platform to creative talent.
If you’re interested, there are four categories you can enter: DJ/Musician, Photography, Design and a wildcard ‘Wild Bat’ category, which can be any piece of work you think that people might like at the festival.
All entries must be submitted through the TryStopMe website.
