It was inevitable really.
As sure as darkness follows light, as sure as taxes and death, as sure as bears emptying their bowels in wooded areas, the news that Ed Sheeran has to put on an extra Croke Park gig will come as no surprise to many.
He had hinted that another gig could be in the offing should the first one sell well and it looks like it has.

The pre-sale tickets went on sale this morning (go figure) for his July 24th gig and demand was so great that they have added another gig.
The second show will take place on Saturday July 25th and tickets go on sale tomorrow at 9am.
