Who’s heading to Longitude?
The three-day Marlay Park festival has got an abundance of new and exciting Irish acts on the card this year, and we couldn’t be more pumped to see them in action.
We’re very excited to see everyone at Longitude this year, up to and including the headliners – but if you’re the kind of buzzer who feeds on finding new music to enjoy at festivals, we’ve put together a list of the five most exciting acts that you should make some time to see at this year’s Longitude.
Hare Squead
Hare Squead have been one of the most talented acts in Dublin for over a year now. The trio incorporate rap into their tracks accompanied by bouncing beats and unreal vocal melodies. They might be low down on the card at this year’s Longitude but they’re guaranteed to be one of the best acts of the Saturday.

All Tvvins
JOE.ie recently had the pleasure of recording All Tvvins for our JOE Sessions series, and we can promise you that these guys are serious performers. Whether you’re in the mood to sing along to a belter or just lose yourself dancing, All Tvvins are absolutely the band to see this weekend.
Wyvern Lingo
Wyvern Lingo are another act we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years, and they’ll be taking the stage on the Saturday of this year’s festival. The all girl group are one of the most melodious acts on the line-up and we promise you’ll be happy you went to see them.

Saint Sister
Continuing the theme of unreal women performers are Saint Sister. The pair have just killed it at Glastonbury, and their voices are just a delight to listen to. Whether it’s sunny on Saturday or bucketing down, Saint Sister will make you feel things.
Pleasure Beach
Pleasure Beach are high-energy festival rock. When you imagine the background music at any given festival, you are imagining Pleasure Beach. You’ll definitely spend at least 20 minutes dancing to these guys at this weekend’s Longitude – and you won’t regret a second.
