Introducing I Am The Cosmos.
There are people who will tell you “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”, but if we all lived by the motto the world would be deprived of remixes like this one.
Ross Turner and Cian Murphy from Dublin, better known as I Am The Cosmos, have remixed Certified Banger ‘I Go’ off Jape’s 2015 This Chemical Sea, and they’ve given it a heavier, more intense sort of sound.
Jape’s own vocals are replaced by the Ian Curtis-esque drawl of Girls Names, and I Am The Cosmos tap into phrases that a DJ could loop all night long.
