The first track from the new album by Eoin O’Neill.
We’re always partial to a bit of old fashioned rock ‘n’ roll and this track from Eoin O’Neill, who goes by his first name only, has us all headbanging and strumming air-guitars. There are echoes of The Beatles here, particularly ‘Come Together’, but that’s not to take away from the track in its own right.
‘Chalk and Cheese’ is a cracker and we love it. The song starts off all quiet and husky with Eoin’s vocals, before turning into a rock frenzy. Stick on the headphones, pump up the the volume and we defy you not to strum an air-guitar.
This is the first track from Eoin’s recently released album, Reverie. The Cork man clearly has a lot of talent and if this track is anything to go by, he has quite the future to look forward to.
Eoin has been working hard on the live circuit to hone that big sound and has played in a lot of the top venues around the country.
