Were they negotiating the details of a new Britpop supergroup…?
… Or were they simply both there to buy bread? We don’t know. All we know is that if we walked into the fresh bread section of a Whole Foods only to encounter The Stone Roses’ Ian Brown and Oasis’ Noel Gallagher, we’d probably throw our baguettes everywhere in a sheer fit of excitement.
According to Darragh, who sent us this photo, Brown and Gallagher hadn’t even been shopping together. The two indie-rock icons had simply bumped into one another before being set upon by a group of fans from Ireland.

We especially like Ian Brown’s butcher’s coat. Maybe he’d just finished a shift behind the deli counter.
