Juliette has obviously never been to Coppers.
Juliette Lewis has performed in Ireland plenty of times in the past, but she obviously didn’t get acquainted with all the local lingo during her time in these parts.
Juliette announced details of an upcoming London gig on her Twitter account this evening, prompting one of her Irish fans to ask if she was coming to Ireland and making reference to a romantic meeting during a performance in Dolan’s in Limerick some years back.

Juliette articulated that she didn’t quite understand one particular term in her response, prompting her to quote the tweet and ask her 313,000 Twitter followers what ‘shifting’ means?
Haha what the hell does "shifting" mean?? https://t.co/qRS1jIR7DI

*Hint: There’s a pretty big clue in the name of your band, Juliette*
Irish people were more than happy to explain, so if Juliette does return at some stage and is asked if there’s “any chance of the shift” she’ll know well what’s coming.

@JulietteLewis @OnePaulie @mydolans it's the fun bit before the pre-nup and the divorce.

A trip to Coppers would certainly open her eyes.
