If you’re the right fit for a job then that should be the only thing that matters.
Gender, height, age, looks, religion and anything else should be absolutely irrelevant when measured against a person’s experience, skills and ability but it seems that a man named Justin James disagrees with that statement.
He was recently looking to hire a female DJ for an upcoming gig and while some of his points are fair and valid given the public nature of the job, the final three points are absolutely ridiculous and offensive.
Take a look at the final paragraph where this ‘seasoned DJ’ only works with ‘attractive female DJs’. He must be a real charmer.
