Eels – Novocaine for the soul
Whilst we’re still living in the Brit Pop past, we were reminded of the Shine compilation series that was around in the mid to late nineties. Each release, better than the last almost. In anyways, if it wasn’t for Shine we may never have first wrapped our ears around Eels. Also they’re playing the main stage today. Be there.
Dido – White Flag
Someone in the office (definitely me) kept singing this in the office all week, to standing ovations each and every time it must be said, so it would be an absolute shame not to throw it in. Good news on the Dido front too, Greatest Hits album coming our way in November.
