The lads are set to release their first album on Island Records…
We don’t think The Coronas will be struggling to sell copies of their new album, especially considering they already have three double platinum albums under their belt.
We’re still very excited to see what they have in store for us with their new LP, The Long Way, which will include the brand new single Just Like That and their previous hit All The Others.
The band have been on an upward swing for the last few years, which have seen them play the Olympia five nights in a row, headline the O2 and perform to a sold out crowd at Kilmainham.
This is the first release on their new record label Island Records, which is home to some of the biggest artists in the world including Disclosure, Florence and The Machine, Mumford and Sons, Hozier and U2.
The new album was written and recorded with the help of producer Eliott James (Kaiser Chiefs, Two Door Cinema Club, Noah and the Whale) and will be in shops on November 21.
Do people still buy their albums in shops nowadays?
Anyway, we feel incredibly old after learning that the band have been around for eight years and they’re all still in their twenties. Jammy talented feckers.
