They hail from Tullamore and are aged between 17-20.
RuggedWood formed in 2012 and released their debut single ‘Warmth’ last year.
We suspect though that their cover of Sia’s ‘Elastic Heart’ is going to significantly raise their profile.

The band told JOE that Sia’s Saturday Night Live mime artist, Bradley LeConey is a fan of their version and has agreed to create a mime video especially for them.
