You still might be able to find what you’re looking for.
It was hardly a huge surprise when tickets to gigs U2 are playing in Belfast and Dublin later this year sold out in no time this morning, with many fans left frustrated as a result.
Rumours that Bono and company will put on extra gigs are already circulating, but even if they don’t, there’s still hope for those of you who had your hearts set on seeing them live.
Shortly after it was announced that the tickets to the gigs were sold out, a number of ads advertising tickets to both the Dublin and the Belfast gigs went up on DoneDeal (see below).
It’s worth bearing in mind that a further two ads appear to have been taken down in the time it took your humble author to write four paragraphs and it’s likely that loads more ads advertising the tickets will crop up in the next few hours, days and weeks.
So if you absolutely must get your hands on those tickets, it’s worth checking out on DoneDeal RIGHT NOW.
If you’re lucky, you can thank us later.
