Video: Bruce Springsteen fans will enjoy hearing the original Born to Run vocals in isolation

There are very few artists that would make JOE drop everything that we’re currently doing but if we were told that Bruce Springsteen tickets were going on sale right now then we wouldn’t even finishing typing this senten-

The Boss is arguably the finest musician when playing to a live audiences and one of the many memorable moments from his shows is a blistering rendition of his iconic track ‘Born to Run’.

Many of you might now that the first recording of the song was made by Allan Clarke of the British group The Hollies, the Boss worked closely with him in the studio, but its release was delayed until after Springsteen’s classic track.

The audio has recently been released of Springsteen laying down his first vocals and it’s absolutely stellar.

Note how minimal his breath intakes are in-between lyrics and just how powerful that voice is.

The sign of his brilliance as a recording artists is that very little changes in that sense from the final version apart from the layers upon layers of guitars obviously.
